THINK ON THIS

Will e-books provide the answer to the numerous complaints parents have about their children having to carry around so many books in a very heavy bag? Some teachers require students to bring all their books to school everyday. This is because in some cases they do not follow the time table and are not sure what subject/s they would do on a particular day. They feel that it is easier for students to have all of their books all of the time. Time and time again parents have been pleading with teachers to provide a time table or give students a list of books they would need on specific days of the week but to no avail. Some parents are afraid that the heavy bags will lead to their children experiencing back problems in later years. I feel that a good way to ease the plight of parents is to make all texts and reading materials available in electronic form. Think on it. It's not so impossible. It's the 21st. century isn't it? Maybe the government can now offer every school child a personal laptop.Students will now be able to experience a "living" book with the addition of features such as sound, animation and video clips with the click of a mouse. Parents can now breathe a sigh of relief. No more heavy bags again. Read more about e-books by going to these sites Text novel.com,Goodreads.com or Scribd.com.
